I really love this app and it is and has helped me in many ways! It has a good variety of workouts and is set up efficiently and perfectly. My only problem is sometimes it either will delete my workout if I leave the app for music, etc. The other problem is that it won't save the workout sometimes so I need to run through the workout again to save it in my activity. I just want to be able to record everything I do efficiently and that can be hard when it doesn't properly save the workout.

Great app so far, going into week 4 cutting weight. Can see muscle tone changing (motivating and Feels good to see progress). I travel from time to time for work and I tried to change the equipment available to me in hopes of altering my workouts to fit my new living conditions. If there is a way of doing this, the guidance would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, the app is still good to go.

Id just like to state straight off the bat that I do really enjoy this app! however I have a couple of niches that'd really boost this rating. First off, I've noticed while carrying out the fight camp program it's failed to record my second workout? I don't need an app to prove I've worked out, but hinders tracking a bit Secondly I think for a subscription based app, the core service is amazing (workouts/programs) however personally I'd expect more for my money (Biometrics, Nutrition etc)

if they showed you a vide clip demonstration vs a pic before you start the exercise that would be awesome. sorry not all of us are athletes lol I have an injury so I have to really analyze the form prior to doing the exercises. by the time I get the form down the time has almost expired lol other then that EXCELLENT

The workouts in this program are exactly what you need to train and transform your body to a superior level of athleticism . It has the perfect selection of intensities if you like that like hard, intensive, & challenging workouts. something that pushes you. I will be starting this program on the 3rd of next month in 4 days. and can't wait to see the results.
