I've used this service in the past and it has been quick, but it doesn't look like they are approving new addresses anymore so I haven't actually been able to use the service since moving. I've had a pending address approval for over a month. The app says approvals should take up 72 hours, but I've submitted 2 separate requests for the address to be approved.

2 stars only for being a cool idea but they have a LONG way to go. Service - I had 8 straight deliveries they had to drive instead. Have had maybe 2 total by drone. 3+ deliveries where the drone flew all the way to my landing spot & then just left. Several orders placed to then give me a promo code because the restaurant was suddenly closed. For refunds or "oopsies" they give you a long strung out code that expires in 2 weeks. App - buggy, very limited customization options if any.

Very poor service. I tried when it was first online and it was wonky and slow. I just tried again and they aborted delivery and were then going to drive it to me. Food would have been so soggy by that point. very disappointing, likely won't try again. This just isn't ready and being a beta tester is too frustrating. Staff are friendly but it doesn't make up for the service and extra cost. Now I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. I would not waste your time right now.

Originally putting the order into the in the checkout was not viewable so I wasn't sure my order had gone yet thru. It finally appeared after I went out and back in again. But I will need to practice it just may have been a glitch. Loved the delivery process wish I could have thought of it before dark so more people could experience this awesome service. Such fun to do and our food was on time. Edited

Super easy to use. VERY reasonable and they don't upcharge on the food. They are consistently on time with hot fresh food. I was disappointed that after years of using them that they have began to charge a $2.00 delivery fee. I hope that doesn't go up. Edited
