unfortunately it's become very pay to play, the majority of new content is realistically available to only the top 1% of spenders. the new player experience is still good, it's fun to collect and level the characters. the story in the campaigns is enjoyable, nothing earth-shattering, but compelling and well-written. the "story" in newer content is severely lacking by comparison. the game is much better if you find a good alliance, use the tools on the companion website to facilitate that.

I'm sorry to do this, but the help in support seems broken. It closed my file before I got a response from a human. DD VII Mission 3 is broken. The two Nightcrawlers are using their ultimate every time and killing my best toons before they even get a chance to attack. This is amazingly frustrating! I can't make progress despite having a large group of toons to use in the mission. I don't mind making slow progress, but I'm making no progress. Please fix this. Edited

Game has continued to turn to a pay to play. I played for 4 years and was a light spender. If you don't spend lots of money to unlock and rank the latest meta team as high as possible right away, it's extremely difficult and not fun to play. Adding that most milestone events are impossible to get the last few and most useful rewards unless you spend money. *** Quit Aug '25. The pay to keep up at a high level turned me off to the game. Gameplay: The gameplay is fun, as every character is unique. If you pay attention to the story, it won't get repetitive. Graphics: I found myself liking the graphics and art style. It seems a bit like a 3D comic book. Money: Not much feels like a cash grab; most characters can be unlocked rather quickly (for free). I have a 4-star Scarlet Witch at level 44, and I've only been playing for about a week. Edited

I've been playing for about a year now and was able to unlock quite a lot of characters. Now with the most recent update, I come to find that the game has basically deleted my account as when I opened the game it started with the tutorial again. All my progress, characters, everything, gone. I've never used any other device to play on other than my phone so that isn't the issue. I am very disheartened about this.
