I hate talking to people to cancel things. I feel wicked guilty or bad. I had just made the appointment and then realized it was an hour away and not the one down the street. I needed to cancel it and schedule with my regular salon. I literally clicked in the text message, then downloaded the app, cleaned the appointment, and canceled it. No, fuss no muss!!! it's so easy!

App does not work. Requires credit card information even though it's a $0.00 transaction just in order to book an appointment. When trying to add the info it wanted, it just keeps saying to open my bank app to approve (though my bank app never prompted) and then it says two-factor authorization failed even though that's not something I have set up. I just wanted to make an appointment, not pay for anything.

This app overburdens the client and is a huge hassle to have to navigate. I did not choose to download the app, but was forced into using the system simply to book online, unknowingly pushing me into my card being kept on file and a deposit required for each appointment after my first one. The hair salon might love this method, but a deposit is unusual for any salon I've used over forty years in two cities. And to keep a card on file is not something I or my business/legal team endorses.

The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.

Takes all the hassle out of hair appts and gets down to hair business! Let's you pick your day and time(if still available), gives a price and time frame for everything on an al a carte menu. After you make a selection, it confirms right away. Also, if you have a question, your stylist can message you right from the app. Win, win!♥️
