Good when it works. I mainly use for VPN with an always on mentally. Recent updates which were supposed to improve stabilty appear to have made it more unreliable. This morning I have had to stop/start the VPN 2-3 times to reestablish the VPN connection while on stable WiFi and actively using apps in the foreground. Part of the problem is there is no indication of when a connection is established and if the kill switch is active

I have a VPN-only subscription, it was pretty good but has become unreliable. Despite updates, it silently loses the VPN connection very frequently, blocking ALL internet traffic so I miss calls and notifications from other apps. There is no F-secure error or warning, just connection timeouts and DNS failures in other apps. Disabling VPN or swapping server location only fixes it temporarily. Trusted WiFi is now missing, so I have to manually turn VPN off to access local devices. Really annoying. Edited

My subscription was downgraded from premium to basic after they changed their rates, but I wasn't notified of the change until after I was charged for another year. Google refused a refund, so that thirty bucks buys a 1 star review. Features included with basic aren't worthwhile so app is getting deleted. If you only download apps through Google play, you don't need antivirus on your android and find my device is included in Android, there are much better and more configurable VPNs out there. Edited

I don't know if it's the combination of F-Secure and Avira that made me dislike this app, but I've used F-Secure for the past several years. The recent iterations of the app seem to have adopted the irritating Norton/Avira/AVG/Avast habit of nagging upsells. The cartoons scattered amongst the various AV cells are off-putting as well. I sorry to see F-Secure go. Edited

Lightweight antivirus that doesn't use much resources. The VPN works well most of the time, but after it's been connected to one location for a while I normally have to reestablish a connection. I switched to F-Secure because it is light on resources and doesn't bog down your machines with unnecessary bloatware. I had tried Norton and Bitdefender and I might as well have installed a virus on my phone instead because it would have used the same amount of resources and pop ups those apps gave.
