Really fun impressive game for mobile. Cross save and cross play is incredible, and frequent updates keep things fresh. Unfortunately, while the game itself is awesome, the systems and store surrounding it really hampers your progression with predatory monetization. You are required to have certain characters at certain levels to get the parts you need for more characters, so it's easy to fall behind or fall prey to FOMO. It would be better if they just let you buy a character but it's loot box

The game is fun. A kart racers with tight controls. I love the variety of characters and abilities and the different worlds here. I'll even admit that the game seems more stable and loads faster on the android. I only have a few gripes about the game, like the somewhat obvious pay-2-win when it comes to upgrades. And lack of voices for some characters. Update 9/24/2024: as of now, controller support for the android has been fixed. Edited

This is a kart racing game I tried getting into again after playing through a good chunk of Season 5. It is simultaneously better and worse than it was before. As a kart racer, it does control well on mobile. I highly recommend playing with auto accelerate turned on. I should warn you that as cool as the game may seem, it loses its novelty very quickly when you realize how unbelievably greedy the developers are. Also, the disconnections had been the bane of my existence playing this. Seriously. Edited

game is fun, but it has one of the worst gacha systems I've ever seen. For 10 pulls on season tour support boxes, you'd have to spend over $27. I don't even see a pity system. You can buy limited characters for a price, but they're not always available. I wouldn't recommend spending any money on this game, and just play with whatever characters you can get for free, because it's a ripoff. Edited

In principle a fun game but unfortunately the game is overly dominated by character level and has no opportunity for skill. Prepare for new laws of physics when the game wants you to lose a race. Multiplayer is OK against other humans but the game regularly injects bots to make up numbers. When new content is introduced there is a pretence of a free to play route to acquiring it. However, in practice the game is trying to get you "close enough" that you run out of time and pay for content...
