I am a long-time subscriber to the Clarion Ledger. This app is almost totally worthless. Even with a subscription, you can't access the current day's news or anything from the paper. At best the news articles are a day or two old. And it's not organized in a way to find anything. It's geared mostly to local sports. Skip the app and access their website by a browser instead.

I've been a subscriber for about a year, and the app has only gotten worse since I started. Most of the time, it signs me out after I close it, forcing me to sign in ever time I want to read an article. Now, it doesn't even follow my notifications settings. I get nothing, even when I opt into specific notifications.

Slow, disorganized, chock full of scam ads and clickbait. Very poor navigation. Notices to phone don't open the article. A real trick is posting a pithy headline, then putting "Ongoing story. Watch for updates." My high school paper was more professional. This is typical Gannett junk. Unsubscribing soon. Edited

Barely usable. The app forgets your password. When it does open, clicking on tabs...such as Elections...kicks you to a web browser that gives only a 404 error. Waste of time.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS ON HERE, ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. I HAVE FAUGHT THEM FOR 4 YEARS NOW!!!! They cannot locate my subscription, but they sure as hell take $10 out of my bank account every month! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is why folks get so frustrated with newspaper companies.
