The app updates, more often than not, result in the app not starting for weeks. Perhaps worse, after failing to start, the app pops up frequent messages to "Wait or close?" That close does not work; you have to go into settings and use "Force Stop." Only sometimes does the next update fix that. Edited

not happy with this page. I see news headlines posted on Facebook, then when I click the headline, I'm not able to read the article unless I subscribe. what a scam

Could be a great source for local news, But ... With a relatively small local market the subscription is overpriced. Their subscriptions also try to bundle print deliveries - zero interest for me. Gannett would do better to bundle USA Today, or a 2nd local market (i.e. DelMarVa Now - upstate/downstate). Subscriber, or not, the app is filled with ads and paywalls. And the ads are sourced from many places - some scripts will hang/freeze, while few run smooth. Lastly, billing practices are shady!

😃 Every Article, Layout and Organized Templets are 🥇PERFECT, with one exception ! Say your 🤓 Reading a 📰Column, the 📸Photos associated with it are a bit much if you ask me, Respectively. Some photos provided usually number in the 20-40 range! 🤯 This can be a little overwhelmingly if your trying to Correlate the two , the column and pictures. Then you'll be there nearly an hour! 🕗You know? Other than that, a SPLENDID newspaper app and RELIABLE👍 at that! 😁 Edited

I got their reduced cost subscription plan but canceled before the more expensive subscription charge went into effect. When I contacted them for a refund for their billing/charging error, I was told they do not issue refunds for less than $10.00
