More adds than articles. - Had to contact them 4 times over 15 months with 9 credit card disputes to get my digital subscription cancelled. - It's not possible to cancel via web or email. - They will only cancel if you call and speak to a representative during their very limited business hours. - They go through a long and arduous script instead of cancelling your service. - The first time I called to cancel they lied about cancelling. - Representatives are very rude and immature on the phone. Requires me to log in each time I open the app. Refuses sign in as well. Some stories are old and stale.
