If you want to print articles and puzzles DON'T "UPGRADE". Supposed to save as PDF..good luck finding where they are. Also the feed back button does nothing. But maybe you'll enjoy the pop-up ads they have added and having to clear them off the screen to read the paper. Glad I saved the old app.

I tried cancelling my digital subscription over a month ago. First of all, they don't have an easy way to do this. Second of all, after a series of emails in which I had to give them more personal information, they finally told me my subscription was cancelled. This was complete BS because they ended up billing me TWICE on March 5 for $7 a piece. My subscription price per month before cancelling was $1....which they had been billing me twice for before as well.

Engaging with your app sucks . if someone calls while I'm engaged on you app .15 minutes of texting gets wiped out . Then you start again and try to tell you what's wrong then you get cut off for texting you too much .. There's nothing worse than giving you good information . Then, I'm getting cut off twice on your weak app . Get it together . One sentence from getty the point across. Or one telephone call in the middle . Can be Thirty minutes of waisted time. and I can't type anymore. No

It sucks! It keeps logging me out and will not recognize me as a subscriber. I also am a home subscriber. Very lucky if I get 1 or 2 papers a week! When they moved to Jackson Tennessee it marked the beginning of the end which is probably very near. I'm on the verge of canceling my subscription altogether.

Looks nothing like the print version...missing some articles and other content that is in the print version...it looks to be more up to date....it would be nice to have the old e version which was just a pic of the print edition and add up to the minute content
