This new app focuses on flashy graphics, but eNewspaper function is klunky and basic features are broken. Offers puzzles on tablet (not on phone), but won't bring up a keyboard to fill in the crossword. On tablet, sometimes prompts for a second login but again, doesn't give me a keyboard to type it in. Looking at phone vs. tablet, seems like the 2 rows of icons (app and newspaper) at bottom are cut off, with no way to scroll to the later ones.

The newspaper content is fine. The app is not the one I want. There are 3 formats available. I want the format that shows the front page of the paper on the app. How does one get that? No one seems to be able to tell me! It keeps telling me to activate which I have done many times and paid for several years activation. I have talked to tech support many times. I never get asked to login or logout. And i have reinstalled many times. What is going on?

The national and international stories from the USA Today section are all frivolous. There are - oddly - no major national news stories in the app. The local news stories are random and months old. I recommend the paper version of the Press & Sun-Bulletin.

very unintuitive. Not sure how to update, get other subscriptions, ... You should do better. I was told by the subscription department this APP would enable viewing of 5 separate Gannett newspapers, but I have no clue how to select or choose them. This should be MUCH better. The app is about as useful as a Trump in office, i.e. useless.

had this on my phone for almost two years before i uninstalled it. You're allowed a limited number of full stories a month, which is fine; but THEY choose which stories those are, which is not fine.
