The app will NOT download a valid PDF file! It did, sometimes, as of a week ago, but only the complete edition, never just a section but now nothing downloads. Usually, though, either a "Cannot read text file" message is displayed or a corrupt file is downloaded and won't open. It doesn't matter if I use wifi or mobile; clear cache, data, reboot, or reinstall. How about an option to just email a pdf daily so I can avoid this app. Edited

As a resident of Worcester I like being informed about the news in the city. However this app is more annoying then useful. It gives you a notification about an article, you dismiss it and it pops an identical notification. Then if you want to read it, it's only for subscribers

There is hardly any local news, just fluff and advertisements for local attractions disguised as news articles. If you want to know what happened in Worcester yesterday this app won't tell you a thing unless it's about a shooting or a fire, and sometimes not even then. No more than 10 fresh articles a day and 7 of them will be about why you should visit some restaurant. The court records are a joke. Better off with a Boston news app because they give more Worcester news than the Telegram.

The good: It lets me stay logged in and I can read articles. The bad: There is no search feature and it seems to be just a feed of recently published articles with very little curation or organization.

Good- but only for subscribers. Unlike the website, subscriber only content hits a dead wall. Luckily, the login process is easy, but the app lacks a lot of feathers on the website. This website is much better for mobile integration and a read only format if you don't already have a setting or plug in on your phone.
