Once again the app has been changed, even less visually appealing with each update, yet the biggest issue with the app is never addressed. When zooming in on the map, no matter how careful you are, it will zoom you all the way out to outer space. This happens to everyone I know that uses this app. Every device. Every operating system. Nobody wants this to happen. No one. Not ever.

The app is not in real time there is a lag on tracking vehicles and the two finger navigation is annoying. Lately I have been unable to navigate around the screen at all. Is there a fix for that because it like that on all my devices. I have tried to install and reinstall the app but it the same. I see that the last time this app was updated was in November 2016. [email protected] we would be happy to look into this problem, along with your inability to navigate around the screen.

After upgrading to a pixel 6a I cannot get live map updates of vehicles on their routes. The app is now useless for me and I can't plan trips. After about 4 weeks of constant restarts of the app, it finally worked just a few days ago. No explanation as to how or why and no change in my setup. I can finally see vehicles again. Edited

This has to be the most useless app I have ever seen, absolutely nothing works. If you enter a unit number to search for it it still shows all units on the map. And forget about searching for fault codes that never works. In fact I don't think anything actually works

Not as many futures as syncfleet. I was upgraded from T-Mobile syncfleet to MyGeotab, thinking it was going to be better or at least same. To my surprise, I'm now paying same price of what I was paying with T-Mobile syncfleet, but with only 65% of futures. I think I might switch later to another provider.
