how do I know the endpoint name and tenant name? Just trying this for the first time why can't you connect to system info automatically? Advise so I can edit review.

I installed the app on my Tecno Pop 4 phone. It prompted me to insert "Endpoint name" and "Tenant" I don't know what all this means. Please assist me, I want to start using this application. Thank you. George Sifaya Kabati Sesheke-Zambia Southern Africa.
