Apparently not compatible with OnePlus 13R phones. Resolution mismatches with the camera, no way to fix it. Currently useless. The problem: When trying to take a picture of my ID, the image is artificially distorted. Things I've tried: - clearing cache / data - setting camera settings to standard, 4:3 aspect ratio - granted permissions for everything, etc. - I even contacted support and they couldn't tell me what was wrong... I discovered the incompatibility through the web.

Utterly worthless. Once you find out how you have to take the pictures, it still will not validate the ID. Here's a radical idea - make the IDs digital-first and allow them to be used in Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Straightforward, setting it up. Did have some issues with it stopping and restarting, but it did pick up where I left off. Not having so much success with my wife's older phone.

the app takes about 60 seconds to boot and authenticate, then another 15 seconds to share you ID. This is definitely going to frustrate TSA and other commuters. the Dev team must be cheap and weak. I'm guessing off shore Devs.

Rolled out too early, the back of the license takes several tries to capture and then it fails. Good idea but not ready for prime time.
