I enjoy reading the Augusta Chronicle each day . but when I turn the phone sideways to get a larger screen to read .The newspaper does not turn side ways . Other apps do , I wish this could be corrected for the newspaper. Thanks

Started off good. Now the newspaper doesn't open. Just spins without opening. Uninstalled this new app for the past week. Used the older version until it was no longer supported. Installed this app again. STILL DISFUNCTIONAL. Edited

Cant contact an actual customer service representative. The app has subscription support with no email address next to email and no number next to phone number. I have the customer service number but they havent been right since they supposedly updated their automated system in july. The menu on the automated system has u running in circles and when i try to make apayment it says they have some kind of technical issue. Wanted to pay online but cant do that unless you sign up for auto pay.

I hate the new layout. We should be given the option of choosing the old layout. I don't always read everyday and like the option if being able to go back and read sometimes a week worths of papers. I will not be renewing with this format. It is aweful!

Poor layout. Bad design. There are ads for the app itself inside the app.
