I am logged in as a subscriber but if l click a link in the app for an article, it is requiring l subscribe. There is no option to even log in again as an existing subscriber Ridiculous. I tried to cancel my subscription at one point and never could reach a live person to do so.... I keep seeing it paid on my bank statement and l see that l am logged in. Useless, and yet l am paying for it every month. 40 years being a subscriber and l couldn't be more disappointed

Free has the same features as having a subscription, and there is no link to see the eprint of the day's newspaper. CORRECTION: it doesn't recognize my subscription, waist of money, then you got to go through the process of cancelling Edited

What a scam. They make it easy to subscribe and IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe. They have step by step instructions, that do absolutely nothing. Just stuck in a loop. Someone needs to sue the Kitsap Sun for this. It's a trap and they offer no way out. I moved out of kitsap months ago and have zero need for this subscription. But I'm stuck with it

at this point the app works if you subscribe via their website BUT you have no option to cancel on suspend a subscription without calling a person. the subscription method offered by the app doesn't activate in the app nor on the website. gannett, the developer, is completely unresponsive via the email in the app. the gannett telephone support has no clue how to help and call the app "3rd party." so I'm out 2 months paid in this app trying to support my local journalists. google won't refund.
