thanks for forcing me to switch from what was working well to what doesn't work well. it made it so much easier to rotate the phone to read an article or the comics. I also don't need all the I distractions with the things going on around the borders, there was less of that on the other format. Edited

Complete fiascos! This app is a total complete failure. I can't understand why erie times doesn't read these reviews and do something. Installing it was a nightmare and it never worked properly from the beginning. Unfortunately there's no going back to the old app because of the pop-up that's been added to my phone returning it to the new app installation endless circle. Thankfully you can still read the paper on the website. When they screw that up I'll cancel my subscription!

won't respond everytime I tried to log on it goes to a black screen and freezes. even if I tried to subscribe to it even though I already have a subscription. I have tried numerous times to get support for this app and have not gotten any positive results. All these problems started with the new update please update your app to fix this problem Edited

Starting with the fact that any app is designed to benefit the publisher and any benefit for the user is secondary, we DO pay for the newspaper and would appreciate a little consideration. So far this is a downgrade to the user experience in readability, especially on a phone display. Can you at least allow screen rotation so I can view in landscape mode? I haven't tried some functions yet, but as I do I'll update my review.

Very frustrating to use. Constantly logs me out and then will tell me that it does not recognise my credentials when I try to log back in - that is if I can get past the black screen lag. I have changed my password repeatedly and with all the time I've wasted trying to get to a story, I decided to check other local news sites first. Makes me sad.
