It's good, just be careful opening notifications that tell you your points are expiring soon. I tapped one and it immediately redeemed my points for a goodrx coupon without giving me any options until after it had done so. Obviously, it was too late at that point. Customer support said they can't help. There's a difference between can't and won't. Oh, well. Lesson learned. Good app otherwise.

The program used to be great, but they wiped all our history for an 'upgrade' and now don't provide the services or explanatory they used to. And the app itself is lackluster and takes you to the web browser where you have to sign in AGAIN (infuriating) when you get to get an appointment with a health care professional. I wasted $19 bucks on an 'appointment' ' where they basically told me they couldn't help me, with no explanation! BS. Definitely unsubbed from goodrx gold. Quite disappointed. Edited

if you ever get locked out of your account, do not expect to be able to log back in without incredible difficulty; especially if you were using only a cell phone. every time you switch apps to get the code, the code entry site requires you to resubmit which then requires a new code and you to have to refresh the page.. rinse and repeat. if you do install this app good luck.

Apparently since the last update the app won't open. I went to the site and they've changed the entire layout to make it more cluttered, which makes it more difficult to find prices, and the prices that are shown are for gold, so it's misleading. It doesn't show the original price of the Rx, it only shows you a coupon. I only hope when the app works again it's the regular old layout and not that. Then I'd give it 5 stars.

Won't let me register or login. Not Found UPDATE: I don't get a pop-up link. Just a blank page with lower case "not found". Unbelievable that this is suddenly broken for months. I have since found BuzzRX out of Florida, and it not only works better, has cheaper prices, but is easier to use and doesn't nickle and dime you. Thanks for not fixing this in a timely manner!! I found something better! Update: This new update still doesn't fix. I'm done checking. You don't care, Goodbye Edited
