I Don't recommend this app ever. I send money last May 16,2025 until now May 20,2025 it does not credited yet to the receiver's account which is very very unusual because in other money transfer app, when you send money ,it will credited quickly to the receiver's account in just minutes... But this one, the ACE Money Transfer you will wait for ages. Maybe you will receive it after 48 years. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡 . So anyone out there, dont ever use this app!!!! because it sucks!!!!!

Needs massive improvement on how they deal with their verification process. My funds was in compliance review for over 24 hours and they didn't even reach out to tell me why. Only when I sent an email, they still requested that I do a screen recording of my phone even after sending a screenshot. I have used a lot of money sending apps but this is the worst so far. I highly DO NOT recommend. Edited

I have been using this app for more than 3 years now, it's my best option for sending money. It's very reliable, fast and easy to delivery. I will recommend this app to any one who wants to send money intentionally. I have no regret sending money with ACE, because they resolve any issues immediately. why u hold the money for couple of days!!!!! dont take money from me, if u re not going to transfer it !!!! i m sending money for urgent matter, if u can not do it, play store is full of apps ... Terrible customer service, multiple request for bank statments... and automated reply without understanding Edited

Horrible people. Their compliance team asked me for all my financial documents like salary slip, annual tax statements, bank statements and after providing all the sensitive information they asked for more personal documents. They wanted to keep collecting my personal financial info in the name of compliance. When i asked them to delete my documents as i dont want to proceed they refused and said cannot delete for 5 years. ITS A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST.
