I don't like that the new upgrade stopped grouping the pictures & now sends them individually outside of the mssg. I was trying to fill out the pop up survey, but it will not show full screen or give the scroll buttons. I can never send the survey or move forward after question #2. The survey disappears when you use any other buttons to advance.

I used to love this app but now it randomly shuts down as I'm typing a message. Might be the new Samsung update causing the issue. But I've lost too many long texts now as I was typing them which is so frustrating. If somehow that can be fixed, I'd love to give this app 5 stars. The themes and customization options are so fun!

I miss message+. This app isn't receiving all the messages from people. My roommate called me because all the ones she tried to send to me were "undeliverable." This app is awful. It's multiple steps to send pictures and gifs. Can't send multiples at once either. This app lacks so many features that message+ had. Why did Verizon get rid of message+? Apparently photos are sent as links? Who thought that brilliant idea up? I hate this app. I want messages+ back. Edited

Did you enable rcs? As the handcent app doesn't support rcs, so you need to disable it in the built in message app settings and then disable it. Please click + in the compose box and click the picture icon and select several pics to send at a time.Any other issues or suggestions please contact us at

The Backgrounds (when you customize and reshape the picture) dont stay to what you fit the picture to be for the text backgrounds. It just chooses the part of the picture it wants to use, even if you crope and shaped it the way you wanted. Please fix. Great texting app, btw yes I hit save and it does what it wants. Edited

I really like this app, but recently, I can't consistently send single or group texts without it getting hung up. Sometimes, 10+ texts will be trying to download & they just spin. I can't do anything except turn my phone on & off, or airplane mode, or etc, to finally get the texts downloaded. And no, they are not pictures. Yes, the group chats are usually between my android & iPhones. I have to use Google messages to get anything through lately because they use RCS, I guess. Just frustrated. Edited
