Edit: Rating Downgrade. A big step backwards. The new app adds a useless animated splashscreen before presenting the login button, making it take longer to log in. Once logged in, for some reason my account balance is now obscured, so I have to go through an additional step just to check it. All the extra junk in this new version makes the app so "heavy" that now it frequently doesn't work over cell data connections; it almost requires wifi, which makes it useless as a mobile app. Edited

While the UI looks modern, it is stutters a lot. Also the way the UI is designed is convoluted and there seems to be a lot of information thrown at you. It claims it is highly secure, but you can't even keep a netbanking password which has more than 15 characters. In fact it says the password is weak, if you type in more than 15 characters. The developers need to be much more careful about forcing an early access app on to its users and completely disabling the older app. Edited

The new app has so many problems, its impossible to get the account statement they removed the download option for some of the periods and email is not coming, i have been trying to get my card last financial year statment for 2 days now. Also what is the problem with feedback seems you guys dont want your customers to give feedback..who asks for email, phone and bank customer id on app bug feedback form....just think how you are storing this form data and who all can access this.

Really Pathetic credit card services. Declined my card transaction on PoS saying it's not activated, even though it was. Then deactivates my card without any intimation citing non payment as reason, but the app shows payment due date still far away. On calling, they tell it's for previous month, and if I make payment now, Bank will take 48 hours to activate card. Complete nonsense and high handedness shown by the bank. Am appalled. Will try to minimize usage of their credit card henceforth.

I cannot emphasize how laggy the app has become since the "update" has released. You are forced to use this version instead of the old one which ran smooth. If this is how laggy it works on a flagship phone, I cannot imagine how it runs on a lesser phone. The app is bulky, the redesign DOES NOT look good and login with fingerprint itself doesn't work most of the times. Highly dissapointed from a professional app such as banking.
