Brilliant app, when used to transfer someone on Neteller. But when I placed a withdrawal request to my mobile wallet. It puts it into processing. After 4 days they show on their app that the transfer has been completed. In reality, no transfer has been received into the mobile wallet and the money is stuck on hold. Only this specific problem I have faced till now on their platform. I hope someone here can reply to me. Otherwise, a good payment method to send and receive money effortlessly.

i did a withdrawal on 12 june 25, to date, i have yet to receive my money. i tried emailing to ask on the status but no one seems to be tending to the help email. i would not recommend it. totally absurd. bad experience.

This app is a scam. Poor customer service, high charges and they never respond to their mails. They will ask you to send documents for verification. No matter how many documents you send, they will reject them. I won't recommend this to anyone. I have sent several messages but no response. Edited

dont ever use this account..its verry annoying...i use to diposit and its show minimum to withdraw ..but i diposit again it shown again the minimum...this is verry annoying how they make this scam apps

Terrible service. Customer service is literally a robot! They have held my money for over a month now, should be a simple withdrawal - but nothing is simple when a company basks in incompetence. Sent countless mails and they claimed to have 'escalated' the case. Yet, nothing to show for it! Edit: This is a dubious establishment. They claim to have paid you, and go as far as faking reference numbers. Yet your bank cannot confirm their so-called payment! Do better. Edited
