I have BCBS for my insurance and they keep asking me to sign up but no matter what I do (and I'm competent with tech etc), I cannot log in and the 'help' number just leads to a loop where you cannot get a human being on the line. Not a fair review as I cannot even. get into the rewards program or app/website but aggravating...quit sending me notices to join if your IT is so broken. EDIT: You see the same copy and paste response from the device and one that addresses nothing I said...ridiculous Edited

Connecting Trackers doesn't work. Unable to check activity or earn points for rewards. For connecting Garmin Connect, the page loads but nothing even shows up to connect the device to app. Connected Google Fit but the BCCHP app doesn't track. It also needs a workaround due to some security issue with Human API. Connected Mapmyfitness and Myfitnesspal but the BCCHP app doesn't track. Edited
