The club membership is fantastic! Author-read book bites are better than 3rd party book summaries elsewhere, and the curated collection is constantly expanding. I love the podcast that accompanies the app, and the app is continuously evolving and getting better/easier to use. The app developers have been EXTREMELY responsive to constructive criticism I've sent them, even making near-immediate changes to push notifications. Can't say I've had that experience with any other app... ever.

Nowhere in the description - the rather lengthy description - does it say anything about a subscription app with a 7-day free trial. (No, the "in-app purchases" line does NOT suffice.) This is info I want BEFORE I download the app. I didn't find this out until I looked at why my email was required. Uninstalling, just for the sheer dissemblement.

(EDIT: Reduced the rating because your app is glitchy. It keeps crashing. It forgets my last point of listening a particular book bite. If i pause to come back to it later and the app is running in background, it still just reloads the app afresh. That breaks my flow.) Loving the experience of listening to book shorts. I have never tried podcasts etc before. So it's a wonderful experience to me... And so meaningful! Edited

In this app asks me to select my interests... There is no interest to chose from. I tried many things and, yet, nothing, appears even after restarting and refreshing!!

Horrible UI/UX. The app direct track what has been heard before; it replays everything. It also doesn't remember where I left off last time and I have to locate using forward revind. I have to scroll and locate the "continue listening" section which itself doesn't have fixed location and one needs to scroll to find it. Great content but confusing and overloaded UI. Haven't the developers ever used any apps they could've benchmarked too? Edited

Hi Jaideep, we appreciate the feedback. The app does remember where you stop listening to a track and you can pick up where you left off from anywhere the track is listing. However, if you only listen to a few seconds we don't assume you have begun "listening", it requires a certain percentage of track played before it triggers a stopping point.
