It's a cool idea, except they want you to sign up without ever even opening the app! Of course they have a free trial, but you go month to month at $10 or a year at $99. You can't even see the app before signing up! They claim it's a great service, but is it worth the money? If it was a buck or two a month, maybe, but not for $10. Come on guys, (Edit- well aware of your Free trial, could care less. We can't even see the app until we sign up! You have mostly bad reviews. Your response missed it!) Edited

This app works well when it wants to. Blocks a lot of spam and other unwanted calls. I love call screening feature. Now the bad. It doesnt work well with AndroidAuto or Apple Carplay, so if you want to use your phone while driving, you wont receive any calls, your calls that do show up the wrong caller ID shows up, and it will either drop your call or call quality will be horrible. Customer service is of rude, doesnt care & no help. Dont waste your money.

assistant keeps getting stuck in calls for hours. trying to end the call or take it over makes the app freeze. restarting the app doesn't help neither does restarting the phone. already uninstalled and reinstalled once and issue recurred. it got stuck in one call for three days and ended up being stuck in three separate calls at once. uninstalling is the only way to end them. support has been no help. unacceptable. great concept that kind of loved it at first but then realized none of my phone calls are even ringing my phone just vibrates and the call stay in the background so I have to pull down my menu or my and literally look for my darn call that's ringing, even though I have my phone on ring it's still vibrates on all the time

Absolutely none of the calls were transcribed properly, and AI wasn't detected. Report a problem feature didn't work at all, tap on it to no avail. Update: uninstalled the app, it left a fake home screen, don't know how to get rid of it... Edited
