I'm a premium user and I'm pretty happy with it's ability to refer to other users'reported calls. I think it would be nice to have advanced filtering options under the hood, such as the ability to set conditions, how the caller is alerted, and more organization for alerts. example, a caller that isn't in your contacts but has a phone number in your state only vibrates and the notification has a unique Icon. businesses have a particular ringtone and ringer volume. that sort of thing.

Great effort to replace system caller and its call blocking works pretty well. Thank you for that. But lacking other numerous features still devalues this app, unfortunately. It doesn't have a message button during a call. There is no contacts button in the app. Doesn't support call assistant during the call. Doesn't show the number during the call (when it knows the name, it shows only that. Good and bad at the same time). Doesn't separate call logs by days. And I think there is more to it

I have been using & enjoying this app for several years. For more than several months, the app has misidentified 99% of the calls stating they're calls from my contacts. The numbers being associated ARE NOT from any of my contacts. Some are toll-free numbers or scammers that had been correctly identified by Hiya but, for some reason misidentified at a later call. Please correct this. I received nothing from support.

After re-subscribing, I noticed that recent calls do not appear in the call logs until you close and reopen the app. Not useful when you want to confirm the number from a caller to avoid writing the number. It does blocks spam calls. Like the ability to block entire area codes and exchanges as well as individual numbers. Edited

Blocking works well, but where's the contact button? I tried this app to see how good it works before buying it. I was just about to buy a yearly sub when I went to make a call and discovered there is no contact list button anywhere. The closest the app came to finding a contact was through a search. For me that's a show stopper and I uninstalled the app. If they improve the functionality I will reconsider but for now I am looking elsewhere.
