Does not work offline. Why are the booking details not stored for offline access abroad? This is the only real benefit for using an (web) app over a website! The informative and Spam notifications are in the same category, so one can't only block the spam.

App is good to check hotels but misbehaves when booking. Mostly shows an error, especially international hotels, and one has to call on phone or email.

Horrible and deceptive app!!!!! The price listed in HRS app DOES NOT include all costs and fees. We must pay more than 100USD of HIDDEN FEES on top of the hotel price in the booking confirmation. Also when discussing with support team, it took 3 weeks to receive an answer - a disappointing answer that helps nothing.
