The one thing I would use this app for isn't working. Error when trying to swap my bike for over a week. After calling, my expense of course, customer service only said "oh well thats inconvenient.." . Wouldn't you maybe want to have this feedback and actually use it? Fix the aop. The app show i can swao before noon, on the phone only later today. Very inconvenient especially since the app hasn't been working for a week. Also the subscription keeps getting more expensive. Will be cancelling.

The App just takes up space on my phone. It used to work a little bit, but now it's just a blank screen that crashes when clicking one of the two buttons. Actually, only one of the buttons 'work,' so it crashes after using the store locator button. I'm not sure why I have it on my phone still. I guess I'm holding on to a semblance of hope. The company itself is great, just wish the app was functional.

The app is okay-ish. But a few key features are missing: 1. Login session is not "stored" (after closing and reopening the app it asks me to login again) 2. Missing a catalogue screen to see other produts and compare between them. Edited

I really like it! makes it much easier to own and use a bike for commuting every day. The app is working well!

One month termination period and I MUST use the app to cancel, all that for a bike. What a joke
