I had previously informed your tech team about this issue regarding concurrent streaming view error of Sony Liv. Even after closing the OTT play app on my mobile, the device continues to be detected by the app as "watching", then I have to use the "stop streaming SonyLiv" option, OTP will be triggered and so on. Why make it so complicated, your app should be able to detect devices in real time. Edited

Very very worst experience. One day back I took monthly plan. I started watching a web series in my fire tv stick. When I hit pause or forward buttons video is playing from the beginning or till it recently buffered...... Very very very hectic... I saw almost two times the same episode because I couldn't not able to forward properly where I left... After my monthly plan expires I decided not going to continue further. I suggest to avoid this app. Forwarding of video should be improved. Edited

App deliberately does not show live Formula One races. It will show everything associated with that event like Qualifying, qualifying highlights, practice one, practice two, etc. But the main race will deliberately not be listed. I thought it was a mistake at first or a bug in UI. But now looking at the consistency with which it is happening, it's clear to me that this is deliberate. This is outright cheating. I want my money back for the useless subscription I have paid.

I had a really bad experience with the OTTplay app. I paid for a subscription, but most of the time while watching content on Zee5 through the app, it doesn't even recognize that I’m a paid user. It keeps showing ads as if I never subscribed. Another major issue is that if I pause a show or movie and come back to continue watching it later, the app doesn’t save my progress. There’s no “Continue Watching” , which is very frustrating. Honestly, it feels like a waste of money and time.

I am a premium member with one year subscription. 1. They don't provide access to platforms that they have added after you take subscription, moreover they show a tab to upgrade but it won't work. I am devoid to watch Jio Hotstar. 2. They have a tab as live channels, it is total fraud. A lot of advertisements in every channel. Better if you install separate applications. They have done no integration rather grouped some applications that open at their own.
