They need to get it together as far as streaming goes. Quality is bad, and it's so hard to watch drag race.really wish they put more effort into the platform they're putting drag race on. And actually making this a hub. Like I'm trying to watch the most recent episode and the constant lag / buffering is unbearable tbh Edited

I love the shows on the app, but recently through both my phone and on my tv, it takes forever to load, black screens of doom come up, and there's not much I can do. If we're paying per month for these subscriptions, why is this happening? No need for an update on my end, I paid the bill (they assured me I did) and it's happening on two of my devices? Gurl, no. #DragRaceTechSupport?

Lowering my original rating of 5 stars to 3 because the subtitling is absolutely atrocious. I love the international seasons, but the subtitling is getting lazier & it really feels like they were done by AI without any quality control. It's especially distracting in Drag Race: France where every few minutes there is [inaudible]. Give me a break! Edited

It takes 3 hours to watch a 20 minute episode. It's constantly buffering. I will not be renewing my subscription after this one runs out. I love the content, but the app itself needs major work. I don't understand how I can go over to YT and watch a video no problem, but when I try to watch anything on this app it takes forever. 3 minutes of content, then 3 minutes of buffering, so on and so forth. I love everything on here! WOW is amazing!! I wish they would add a Playlist option so I can watch the episode of drag race and then the untucked episode without having to switch back and forth every time. I dream of a Playlist starting season 1 and going through all of the episodes and franchises in order. It would also be really great if I could just set the closed caption once and not for every episode. Especially since there are so many franchises now in so many different languages. Edited
