Still no fixes for new app. I receive push notifications, but when you select them and the app opens the information isn't there. The home screen only has an order button, instead of listing current specials. It took a very long time at the drive thru to change the password and log into the new app to get to the rewards I had on the old version. There isn't a link in the app for help or contacting them. The old app was great. No idea why they would change it and launch with so many issues.

The previous app was much more user-friendly. I am constantly getting notifications that once I click on, disappear. I don't get any emails so I don't know what all is going on. I have logged in several times and even rebooted my phone but the app does not give me any indication that it's working beyond the bare minimum. I hope this gets resolved sooner rather than later and then I will update to five Stars

CANT LOG IN. I am new to the app. Initially I was able to create an account and look through the app. But after that first time of using the app, I have no longer been able to access it. A little frustrating as I would like to be able to start earning rewards. I really LOVE Hteao. It is new in our Webb City, MO area and tastes excellent!

The app was great before the update. Now it logs you out all the time. When you get to the window, you have to pull it up, update again, and log in. It's not worth the hassle. The previous app was more user friendly. Never had issues with it. No other take out apps require this much. My frequency of going here will definitely decrease significantly, from every other day, sometimes twice a day while I'm working to maybe once a month.

Updated to an inferior app. The latest app update took many steps backward. Had to reset password and the UX is terrible compared to the previous app. It seems corporate sold out to a cookie cutter provider that is a jack of some trades and poor at most. This is a stain to your brand image. Hopefully, you can correct this in the future.
