A great bunch of information and guidance for Pre-diabetes, packed with what you should do if needed. Helps you learn loads and I like the recipe addition! Although, it would be nice to see an image of what we're cooking when looking at the recipes page instead of just listing the ingredients. You need to pay for the instructions, but you can just do a quick Google search. Overall, I'm surprised I'm the first review on this app. Keep it up creator!

Everything you need to know, is in here. I was just told I have prediabetes and I looked at so many websites, installed numerous apps, but this one is still the most to-the-point and complete, it has recipes, meal plans, it advises on what to use to replace certain ingredients to make the meal healthier... Awesome.
