Please add the option to close Savings Accounts in the application. Currently it is possible to close Savings Accounts only through the Personal Banker or in the office!!!

As a user, I find the TBC Bank app very convenient and genuinely user-friendly. Everything feels logical, clear, and intuitive — it’s easy to understand where to go and what to do without extra effort. The team has done a really solid job, and it shows in the small details and overall experience. Great work by the team, and I wish you continued success in developing the product further.

New UI is way worse compared to the old one, it not intuitive at all. Also they used to have really good exchange rate for a bank, but now you have to go through a multiple steps to get an offer and the offered rate is still not as good as other banks.

basically, really convenient app, but I need to reinstall it now once in a month to get the transfers working: the design is updated = broken transfers, reinstallation fixes it, but this is not really convenient to do once a month. plus this needs to restore the password, which sometimes the app will not let do it, and just keeps iterating "to try later" Edited
