Very fast, and highly useful app. KuCoins app opens and runs a lot slower than this app does on my device, so as a result I've begun to use this as a drop-in replacement for the main kucoin app. Overall highly satisfied with it, not a lot to complain about, if there even is anything bad about it to begin with, I haven't noticed.

I had funds in my account and all of a sudden they disappeared. When I finally got in touch with customer service, Kellie, told me I should handle my account better. When I asked for a phone number to call and speak with someone about the missing funds, she said they don't have a phone number at this time! Really, a company that deals with your money, but they don't have a customer service number? Never again!

Works well! Worth the one time purchase and customer support is efficient to say the least. Use the free trial and utilize customer support during or before your trial, they can help get you setup if need be. Complete with built-in tutorials & a "dummy wad" for practice you cannot go wrong.

I've been using the Profit Trading programs for binance, kraken, coinbase... This one is right on par with the binance app. Top notch, and developers not only listen, but they care and implement changes that are brought to light (assuming those changes would be on the best interest of the app and it's users or course.) All around A+. Thank you so much for bringing PT apps to KuCoin!! Update: Just wanted to reaffirm that this app is the difference between playing markets and profiting from them. Edited

It's awesome I just think the kucoin version is a little glitchy like with the wallet balance after winning trades. And the copy experts and can't seem to get a virtual futures bot to work I think maybe this version is being worked on?? I'm still making profit but the glitches and options aren't all available I guess for mine. Edited
