Everything was fine—fast delivery and arrived on time, which I really appreciate. However, I'm okay with paying delivery charges, but adding a 'small order fee' feels unreasonable and frustrating. It discourages smaller purchases and seems like an unnecessary charge. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed by this policy

Dear User, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The minimum order amount for Foddmandu is Rs 500, so if your order exceeds Rs 500, there will be no additional small fee. However, if the order total is below Rs 500, a small order fee of Rs. 50 will be applied automatically.

I used Foodmandu for the first time yesterday and I'm really impressed. The app was smooth, easy to navigate, and the whole ordering process felt very simple. Compared to other platforms like MeroKinMel or Pathao, I found Foodmandu's interface and overall experience much better. Definitely planning to use it again!
