One of the Worst & Unprofessional Marketing Team. I got message on my Insta on 14th Feb stating that I have won Voucher. After that I had contacted customer support many times but everytime they told me that marketing team will get back to you soon. I also messaged in FB & Insta, my message is being seen but no reply at all. I raised complaint in customer support but all they can say is Marketing Team will look into the matter promptly but till today no solution. Unprofessional Marketing Team.

Great service but foodmandu should also focus on customer service call because I called in both numbers which is provided in the app but noone has responded on that and the other hand if you use chat they will reply in just a sec but no one cares about call you have to fix this bug that's why i rated 4 out of 5 otherwise this is great app If i have to recommend someone then I'll suggest them to go with foodmandu.

I ordered triple chocolate waffle through Foodmandu app and the waffle only had two kind of chocolates in it also it had some gritty kind of taste which was making it taste weird...I've had triple chocolate several times before but this time it was not good. Even after contacting the restaurant and Foodmandu regarding the same no action was taken by them.
