Seems great, different options and controls. really excited to try to the different options like light painting. FIXED it won't allow for different lenses. Using Sony Xperia 1 V. evaluator showed all the lenses and check it off. When selecting an different lens, it flickers and makes a ticking noise but won't switch. Everything works fine with the normal camera app. Edited

Hello! I'd be glad to help with this. Sony has a quirk on some of their phones when it comes to lens selection. You should be able to resolve this in ProShot by going to Settings > Customize > Lens Mode and setting it to LEGACY.

difficult app to adapt to. menu presentation is confusing and really needs simplification. No need to be fancy if people can't understand operation. looking forward to update. have you used dslr's for 20 years so no stranger to them. will update again to give you another comment after update. I'll have more experience with your app then. Edited

Hello, thank you for your feedback. ProShot is designed to mimic the operation of traditional DSLRs, so it should be familiar to those who own or have used one. That said, I am always looking for ways to improve the interface to make it more accessible to all levels, and will be doing just that in this year's 9.0 update :)

so I've bought many camera applications many that were more expensive and way less useful. this app has features I may never have the skills to use. it is very intuitive and easy to navigate in and to take pics with. this app is worth twice what they charge for it and if you don't snap it up, your missing out on a top tier app at a reasonable price. works exactly how it appears on the play store ads. great job on an masterpiece of an application devs.

I'm experiencing a problem with my Z Fold 5 using this photo app. When I open the camera, the screen displays a lot of wavy pixels, making it difficult to take photos. Strangely, the images turn out perfect once they are clicked and saved. I'm puzzled as to why the camera's screen display isn't clear, even though the final images are fine. Initially, I suspected there might be an issue with my phone, but I tried a different camera app and the screen appeared just fine. Edited

Hello, I am sorry to hear about the error. Is it still happening in the latest version of ProShot? If so, please send me a brief screen recording of the error and I'd be glad to look into it! [email protected]

Great, when it's not crashing ProShot takes some great images by getting out of the way, unlike modern AI-driven content mill phone camera apps. But that's when it works. Which is about 15% of the time in raw modes. It appears to have a real problem with writing to local storage. The worst thing in the world is spending time doing a setup then having it ruined by faulty software. My phone isn't cutting edge, but it's a SD888 with 8GB of RAM and 50% free disk space, so there's no excuse for it.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about the errors you're running into. Depending on the OS installed, Surface Duo phones may sometimes have compatibility issues with Android's camera API. If you're saving to a custom folder, try resetting to the default save location (by tapping on the save location button in the Settings menu). Hopefully that helps!
