Called support but they did nothing. I can't look up anything. Even with the area code it won't even give you an idea of where the call originated from. Also it won't even tell if it's a spam phone number. White pages free app at least let's you know if it spam or phishing. It works intermittently for some numbers. It can't handle the "+" symbol in the phone look up. Having to do extra steps. The support staff is clueless on how to fix or even troubleshoot problems. They have know bugs but making no attempt to fix. Edited

This app is a scam. First, I paid signed up for the $4.99/mo and when tried to run it, no matter what I click, you need to pay the full price. Ok, I pay the full price, then the reports keeps on loading and never get anything. When I tried by an email address, it just gave me what I know. I think this is more for newly met people.

I tried to look up someone by using their phone number and I got a completely different person. Gender, name, ethnicity... Everything was wrong. The only thing they got right was the point carrier. I just wanted to find out info on that person's call history as advertised, and it didn't work. They just try to charge an additional $36 for a background check, which I don't care for. Definitely unsubscribed ASAP

The $1 week trial isn't available through the app so I just paid the $35 for the month because it seemed pretty legit from what I've seen. Nope! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. It found one email address I forgot about but NOT the one I've been using as my primary email for 10+ years (THE ONE I JUST USED TO REGISTER FOR THE ACCOUNT!). Didn't find any of my public Facebook info, or really anything that a simple Google search would find. I really wish I could give them negative stars and get my money back.

Cancelled my subscription & deleted my account (before the $1 trail ended a WEEK ago) & was still charged $34.78. Not happy!! Edit: it's been over 1 MONTH since I canceled my subscription. It shows on my google that I have no subscriptions at all. I also have NO PURCHASE HISTORY of ANYTHING from Instant Checkmate but I'M STILL BEING CHARGED!! I cannot request a refund for either of the charges & they have not replied to my emails. I don't hace an account and don't even have the app installed. Edited
