I used to really like the app, being able to scan my own mult draw tickets was nice. I never had the nagging feeling I may have missed something. I gave the app time to be fixed but even after deleting it and reinstalling it it no longer works. I cant get it to do anything. At least update us on when it will be fixed please.

Six months ago I downloaded this app and found it easy to navigate and use. I got it specifically for the "Check my ticket" function. Three week after downloading, that function stopped working so I sent an email to the developer with no reply. Like others, I've posted a comment about how the APP has issues, and like everyone else, no response from the developers. Not sure how to get a response and get the app fixed. Edited

Absolutely Horrible App. It crashes more than it works. Half of the links and control buttons wont work, or closes the app. Im never able to save numbers, or delete the old ones. Sometimes Winning Numbers are not updated. The Playslip reader codes will not enlarge to use the reader. When you tap them to enlarge them, the app will shut down. Louisiana Lottery needs to spend a little more time and money to create an app and a website that works and it more up to date.

When I updated the app, it crashed when I opened it. It worked fine before without any issues. I got a message the app has a bug and I should wait for another update. The app has since been updated and is working again with some bugs. The app is slower in getting the winning number information than before the update and sometimes the numbers just aren't there. Works, but buggier than before. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 running Android 13. Edited

worst lottery app of all states. it won't scan printed tickets like poweball ect. and if by it dose it says invalid. only thing it scans ok is scratchers and some other those you have to do multiple times . I gave this 1 star because I couldn't give it less.
