It's a simple game if you want to pass the time. However, you can easily get soft locked if you choose the wrong upgrades making it impossible to kill every enemy before they destroy the temple, which is very infuriating. The amount of ads are aggravating. Every single time after a level or if you die you get a 30 second unskippable ad. I tried using airplane mode, and somehow still got an ad, which should be impossible. Pick it up if you can handle inescapable ads, and hard levels. Edited

This is what you'd hope for from a free mobile game. The ads are minimal. There's a learning curve. You upgrade your stats. There's a progression of difficulty. It's not too easy, and not too hard. You have a few characters to choose from each with a different trade off. You can go through the levels again and try out a new character and it's still fun. It's not hopelessly endless, but it's not too short. You can play again and try different things and try to do better and it's still fun.

concept of the game is really good, and I've come back to try and play again every couple years or so. but the lack of a guided arrow line for your shots makes this game completely frustrating and unplayable in the later rounds. i like the ironhide games overall but this one missed the mark. all they need to do is make this small update and it could be really fun to play

Overall it's a nice game. Wish it could have been much longer. Or better yet make a free mode where you can come back to the previous levels with all your skill upgrades so you can complete all the levels in perfect. Or also you can make a mode with endless enemies. One problem is that the app stops at the loading screen once you're done with a hero. Also hope you can add more heroes. Edited

I remember this game from the time it was first posted on Armor Games. I beat it with every hero, with every power both on PC as a child and now on mobile. The secret is to always get the power to level 3 then level up from there. Easiest win is with Achiless using the fire power. Also, with the controls, if the enemies are closer swipe in front of you, if they are further swipe behind and it will hit better.Carefull not to shoot behind you!
