A beautiful, fun-looking app. However, I was suddenly logged out while using it and cannot for the life of me get logged back in. JL customer service is incredibly slow (one very brief email from them in a week and a half, which is a big problem for an app of this nature during December). A shame to have wasted my money and missed out on using the advent app this season. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend. No access. Zero support.

This year is horrible. I've purchased all the Advent calendar's, This year has been a terrible experience. I haven't been able to access any days beyond the 3rd day. It is telling me I need to pay. I emailed customer service and attached the purchase receipt. They replied that they "are experiencing heavy volume" be patient. OK. Now, I am no longer able to access the previous calendar I purchased either. What's up? I hope I am able to get my money back.

Disappointing this year - a few games and puzzles in the house but there seem to be fewer easter eggs in the scene each day as animals that move are replaced by buildings that have no hidden features, and no gifts come to 'your house' (only an ornament is added each day, which don't do anything), so by day 5 I have run out of things to do in there. I love these but they are so variable from year to year!

Usually a 5 star release but this year's is just so hard to see. higher zoom would be appreciated, and also zoom into the back layers that allows better perspective. So much is blocked by the front layers. I look forward to the Jacquie Lawson advent calendar every year, but this year I am really struggling to enjoy it due to lack of visual accessibility.

These advent calendars are so lovely. This year's version is different then the previous with there being no presents in the house (games are now scattered around the village) and less cute animal videos because many of them are games now, so I suppose I quite prefer the previous versions for what they offer, but as always this one beautiful and well done.
