App needs to be updated to allow you to change the wifi network without going through the entire setup. process from scratch. Should be able to see all wifi networks on the app. Should fix the current app and not recommend me buying a new lock for the feature. You guys did something to the app, batteries only last 2 days now and used to last 6 months. Kwikset should update the app to fix it, it was not happening before or maybe offer me a new lock for free that actually works. Edited

I just can't trust that I can actually use this lock as a smart lock. I'm constantly getting keypad issues and it just isn't reliable and it hasn't been for months I don't know what's going on but I'm close to just replacing the whole thing and would like my money back at this point 2024 update - feb 24th app update completely hosed the app and it has not opened for me for a few weeks. 9/2024- once again they've done an update and they're stupid system is not working won't sync with Bluetooth. After the app update, please resync your phone by removing and reinserting the batteries in the lock. Next, clear the phone's cache and data and repair via Bluetooth on the app while you are near the lock. Updating my review. Works well. Stays connected and easy to change codes remotely. Biggest problem occurred when I changed phones and had to reinstall the app. To load codes back into the app you need to physically stand next to the lock and re-establish a Bluetooth connection. Not good if the lock is far away. Edited

App is close to unusable when my phone is unfolded; logging in with a password manager is STILL a hassle; I STILL can't put the locks in any logical order on the dashboard, I STILL can't set access codes for multiple locks at once, nor can I see all lock statuses on one screen. It's sad how this app makes decent locks such a hassle to use. Edited
