App is intuitive and still packed with info. Whatever I need as a transit veteran is only a click away, but it's easy to show to immigrants & tourists, they grasp how to use and why, immediately. Great speed, great design. Small app. Big utility. Breaks my heart to see all the one-star reviews. That's the fault of the transit agencies: if THEIR public GPS bus data is missing, offline, or inaccurate, the app is only as good as your local transit agency's data feed. Not the fault of the app.

When I was introduced to this app by one of best friends. I instantly thought that this app is actually impressive with being up to date on times,delays & even starring your favorite routes. Ever since I had downloaded this app, it has definitely been very useful & helps me from waiting around at the stops when not needing to be stressful. Thank you for always keeping it updated quite frequently. Lastly, you can even have it saved on dark mode for less eye strained. 💚💙💚🤓

One of the recent updates broke the "Plan a trip" feature, no longer letting me enter a destination. I tried to report the bug, but the bug report button is broken and only lets me copy my phones system specs. I usually love this app, despite its hiccups, for it being the best direction-giver with public transit. But with the core feature i use it for being broken, and the bug report button being broken, i have to give it 2 stars right now. I hope its fixed soon so i can change my review.

The app has some great features like showing route maps and a list of all routes at a particular bus stop, but it's accuracy for arrival times is inconsistent and unreliable. On a weekly basis the app says my bus is 18 minutes away and 45 minutes later it says 19 minutes away. Unfortunately I don't know of a more accurate way of determining King County Metro's actual arrival times Edited

App constantly gets routes/times wrong. It'll alternate between showing "on time" and "delayed", yet when I check other transit apps, the bus has already passed. I have submitted numerous reports of incorrect arrivals, but nothing's been done about it. App also does not account for any construction or stops closed by Metro. This was once an amazing app, but now it's incredibly lackluster for Seattle.
