Terrible. Nearly always incorrect information. Several times it has said no bus due for about 30 mins so I start walking and then 10 mins later one comes. Thought it was supposed to be more accurate but it's worse than the last app. The last one was pretty decent so I don't know what they changed to make it LESS reliable. Also hard to find what you need.

This app is decent and can show detailed step-by-step instructions and can put your journey on a map. However it doesn't let you. purchase tickets. Overall though it's inferior to Google Maps because it lacks dark mode and some of the other info like crowdedness. Note, I can't vouch for accuracy, as I didn't rely on this. Edited

There is a massive underlying problem with the system behind tracking transport. The UI is horrible and I can't favourite journeys and showing the map for a journey needs to be reloaded again to show up, but somehow the timetable shown doesn't match the displays at stops/stations. Buses mysteriously appear or disappear. Trains become duplicated. Fire everyone in the transport department or try hiring people with smth higher than a 3 in their degree. I'd rather my 2 euro tickets go to charity

Horrible app. Super inaccurate - buses are often "due" for 20min straight without showing up. The only feature that made waiting on my bus bearable was the map, where you could follow the live location of a bus so at least you knew it was coming, but the app no longer does this. Doesn't even have the most basic feature - a timetable that lists (estimated) departure times per stop & line. You can put this on physical bus stops but implementing it into an app is too much to ask for?

Simply unusable. I primarily want it for trains, which it basically does nothing worthwhile for, but have attempted to use it for buses too and was just baffled. It recently had me walk from Ringsend to the 3Arena for a bus that doesn't service the 3Arena. Ended up having to take the Aircoach to the Airport and a taxi from there to Ashbourne. So the TFI app basically cost me €30 on top of their extortionate LEAP charges. Edited
