App is extremely easy to navigate and user friendly. Having the ability to select type conveyance is an added plus. You are able to select from a standard taxi up to a business limo if prefered with a few other car selections in between allowing you a choice for what's best for your needs... The real time tracking of the nearest available car based on the selection you choose is really and helpful...

Worst TAXI App I have ever downloaded. Imagine downloading an app that anytime you try to use it, you never get any taxi show up. I have tried using it 5 times or more, and I ended up using another taxi app everytime . The app just shows the taxi going round in a circle and in the wrong direction. I am uninstalling to save space on my phone.

The app itself is very easy to use and drivers are polite. The problems I have encountered are discount codes not being applied and incorrect wallet balance calculations. I raise the complains with the customer care and wait for the complaint department to get back to me... but they never do. I have to call back several times to follow up and still 2 of my complaints are unresolved. I have even sent via WhatsApp but I don't think it's even monitored as there has been no reply. Edited

The Wheel chair Assistance is a very poor service. They need to have a robust online app that allows you to select and get the fastest car instead of calling and waiting for a msg confirmation, plus sometimes they ask you to call back, if they can't find a car or even if you do t get a confirmation. It is not practical, I need to take a patient to hospital appointments- I have just try my luck.

This app makes getting around Qatar very simple, and rides are very reasonably priced. Just make sure that you have a bit of cash if you pick an Economy ride, because they don't all accept card, but the taxis that do accept card are clearly marked.
