No Google or PayPal payment options are a significant turn-OFF. Having to store credit card info on yet another app is not conducive to security. OMNY has its own issues but at least Im able to use Google Wallet.

It's more expensive to buy a ticket in the app than to just pay on the bus itself.

We understand this can be frustrating. Our single GoMobile ticket is priced the same as a single OMNY card sold at an OMNY vending machine. Multiple GoMobile ticket packages are priced at $3.00 per ticket. Thank You

I don't think I'm a dumb person, but I can't figure out how to buy passes since the app updated.

Hi, we're sorry to hear that and we would love to take a look at the issue. Please reach out to our customer support team as well but you can purchase tickets on the home page of the app. Simply hit the blue “Purchase a new pass” button at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.

awful, I tried to buy tickets and got an error message, even when I did try to sign up with a new email address, and even try to use anotherphone. awful.... end up asking for change to pay for the fare of 4 people
