this app does not work, it costs three times more... so expensive, do not waste your money, it is kind of scam do not put your money to this app... it offeed 2 hour parking in barcelona around 26 euros but I found the same parking lot at 7 euros.. keep away

Avoid it! They take the money, but the reservation doesn’t appear in the app. The money is returned only after email correspondence — there are no other actual ways to contact them.

After reviewing the history of your reservations and the movements registered in your card account from our payment platform, we have verified that the payment was processed but the reservation was not confirmed. We have proceeded to the refund of the amount.

Extremely expensive and slow service. I needed 4 hours and the app forced me to pay 7 in advance. I finally used 3,5 and no refund was granted. If you pay yourself at parking premises instead of using the app you will save big money. Moreover when leaving the parking the parking guy had to call to Parclick in order to check the reservation codes and it turned to be a very slow process. When paying myself it was always quick. Worse service and more expensive. What's the value for this app????

Caveat Emptor / Buyer Beware: The Parclick payment page added a €2.18 'Service Fee' on a €15 parking price. Obviously, this should be included early in the buying/selection process, not at the very end during the payment. It added about 15% to the price so not a big deal, just a hidden fake fee to increase revenue whilst keeping the advertised price artificially low. Google Play (and possibly Apple Pay) should not allow these dubious practices from apps using their platform.

Hi, the price you see on our platform during the search for a car park is only the price of the product offered including VAT. During the purchase process, you will see a detailed summary with the final price added up, where you will see that sometimes a service fee is added. This variable is not applicable in the case of purchases of less than 10€
