Constantly have to force stop when, after reaching one's destination, the app won't work correctly when attempting to connect to an adjoining route - it basically has to be reset (via force stop) to restore its normal functionality. Another bug issue is that you can only change the app icon color a few times before it "locks" and it can no longer be changed without uninstalling / reinstalling, which afterwards warns you you'll have to contact them if you uninstall / reinstall again. What a mess.

Could be great, but frustrating. I installed this app primarily for the subway time widgets, but they work at best 10% of the time. Most of the time, they are simply a grey block. Often, they are hours out of date. And it's not clear what it's choosing to show. I also wanted to contribute to their "Go" location tracking, but it's not designed for the NY subway. You have to follow their exact directions, you can't get on an early train, nor can you help if you are already on a train.

App is good, helpful. 3 features would make it 5-star: Allow setting a default start location; Allow display of multiple pinned route buses on main map (helps to see if I need to run or not) - Allow "go" when already on the bus, instead of only before the bus arrives (the app location isn't always accurate, and occasionally I'm already aboard and/or the app drops a trip in progress and won't allow you to restart. Edit: would give -2 stars; location accuracy hasn't improved much Edited

It's a pretty good app and often works better than google maps for buses (as it should), but it isn't perfect. My #1 recommendation is to allow the user to manually change what bus route they're on. Sometimes it will ask you but other times it will just be incorrect and you can't do anything about it. This would also help with the accuracy of departure times.

My only issue is that the app doesn't go through a tutorial type of explanation on how to use the app. It worked really great overall though when I tried using it, the bus arrived on time but the different colors mean it's a different bus. The numbers next to bus are different bus/routes. I didn't realize I needed to get on another bus to arrive at my final destination but a tutorial could have helped in that scenario. I enjoyed the live tracking of the bus feature.
