I used this app back in 2019 and purchased the subscription again this year after 5 years of being away. It is surprising to me that even after 5 years the bugs are still the same! You could still not sync the app with your ANDROID watch which means to see your daily steps on the app you need to take extra step and download a 3rd party app. Second, when it is on "WALK" workout you need to stay on the timer screen،if the screen turns black for Battery usage، it stops counting steps & time

EDIT: I have now been using this app for over a year and I really enjoy it. It's the best app I've used by far. ---- I have been following the BUILD program using the Sweat Wpp. The app is great although I'm not sure if it's different for other programs. There are multiple programs to choose from, different types of exercise programs and individual exercises. They have written and video examples. I have made major gains using the BUILD Program. I love how many programs are available in the app and for so many fitness levels! makes it super user friendly and adaptable for different situations/locations. Where I see an opportunity to grow is having the option of personalizing it a bit more: like personal goals and days or sessions one can make per week and based on that have a program. for instance I would love a 3 full body strength training sessions so we can combine with other disciplines but still have a good strength program.

I love this app. I've been using it since 2018. The only complaint that I have is that when doing the Pilates program, when switching, from left to right in some parts, it doesn't say to switch, I end up working out one side, and then it switches to the next session then I have to go back.When resting, it would be nice that it would say what equipment to use for the next session. Usually, I'm rushing to put on the band and pause the session or rewind it. Hopefully, this could be fixed. Edited

I just downlaoded this app, and im already a bit disappointed in the meal planning. The only dietary preferences are huge categories: standard, vegan, and so forth. But what if i dont like a specific meal that is chosen for me? Or what if the prep required for that meal isnt feasible for me at that time of day. The 8fit app gives suggestions, but if you dont like the suggested meal, you can access the recipe catalog and simply swap it for another one. i can hardly see myself using this feature. Edited
