I'm a car salesman and use KBB to look up values daily. Would be extremely convenient to be able to do it from my phone. But to be more precise I have to use the Vin. And the app does not allow you to search by vin like the website version does. Not sure why. But a huge mistake in my opinion. I would give it 5 stars if they added a vin search option. Or better, a vin scanning tool.

Hi Anthony, good news! The KBB app will soon offer VIN lookups and scanning abilities, plus a lot more features we're excited to launch in the coming months.

Really like the old app, which gives me retail, private, and trade-in values. Would be 5 stars if options could be selected. Right now, only mileage can be changed. Whoops! thought i was reviewing the old app. Don't like the new app. no retail prices given. Only trade-in and private party prices are given. Dropped rating to 2 stars Edited

I dont like this update. It used to give me ALL the values of a car on one page. Now, it only gives 1 value at a time, either trade in or private party. It used to give 4 different values, and I could read reports and customer reviews on their cars and common problems. Edited

Use to have all of these features where you could look up the make and model of any car new or used and was helpful if you were shopping for a car. Now the only feature is to calculate the value of a car you own, and that doesn't even work half the time.

The App is very limited compared to the website version. Using the same login, and my saved web searches do not show under applications, nor any ability to search. Very limited.
